A piece of TPU tape with high quality means the high cost. As we know, the high quality raw material, the technical processing, and the good package for maintaining products are all large cost. Although costing the high price may not be bound to get high quality products, high quality TPU tape will must have higher price than the common one.

2. Better material

Raw material is the main factor that affect the quality of clear TPU tape. TPU tape in different materials will have different physical property. For instance, we have Three types of materials for clear TPU tape. The best one is the Germany material, then the Taiwan material and the last one is our domestic material. Clear TPU tape in Germany material owns good anti-aging performance and has yellowing resistance in grade 4-5. Relatively speaking, clear tape in domestic material can not be kept integrally as long as that in Germany material.

3. Certificate and report

Certificates and reports are the most obvious proofs to prove the quality of clear TPU tape. Especially for customers who have little understanding of TPU tape, certificates and reports are really convenient. Oeko-tex Standard 100 and SGS are the most common certificates for clear TPU tape. Within these two certificates, the clear TPU tape is eco-friendly and does no harm to people’s health. Then let’s talk about the reports. There are two main kinds of reports: physical reports and chemical reports. The performance such as anti- aging and yellowing resistance we mentioned above belongs to physical reports. Chemical reports will tell us whether the TPU tape contains hazardous substance. Of course, we should also distinguish the reality of certificates.
